Plenty of options for breakfast in the restaurant. Easygoing members of the staff especially receptionist.

Breakfast super, great location only a few minutes walk to the old town.

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by several issues. The air conditioning in our room was poorly regulated, as it could not be adjusted and turned off on its own during the night, leaving us uncomfortable and sweating. Despite requesting room cleaning and fresh towels, the housekeeping staff failed to service our room after the first night. This was compounded by the lack of a functioning telephone in the room, inconvenient to communicate our needs to the front desk.

Room was very spacious and also quiet.

This hotel stands out for its immaculate and comfortable rooms. The breakfast options was very good with a wide variety, including pastries, cheeses, and a great hot selection. The staff showed excellent multilingual capabilities. Parking was tricky for our larger vehicle as it felt quite tight. Check-in could have been smoother with clearer instructions about room key functions, as we had to figure that out on our own.

Room had a view of a wall in the courtyard. The parking garage was a bit narrow when driving to the next level. We had to maneuver a little bit in places.

The hotel car park is extremely expensive. 14+ euros a day

A charming stay in Rouen 🇫🇷

The location is sharp-sharp, just a short walk to the lovely cathedral, and the room had the best shower ever-like a proper lekker waterfall! Staff were on the ball, super friendly and helped out with where to eat.

Had a bit of a hassle finding the parking, it's quite tight for bigger cars. Might need some vasbyt there.

The house is very conveniently located (arrival by car) and quite central to the historic centre of Rouen. We had quiet rooms to the back to the park. The rooms are ok, but already a bit outdated. The breakfast buffet is very good and rich.

The rather adventurous and expensive underground car park that belongs to the hotel.

Excellent location and very comfortable as a stop-off on the way to south- west France.

Recommend it for food lovers

Breakfast was like entering a buffet paradise,, so many options! The staff were helpful when we needed assistance navigating the parking situation.

It wasn't cheap though,, but still acceptable.

The barman was excellent - efficient, polite. Humorous and friendly.

The room was diry and dangerous. The power socket was coming out of the wall and we have a small child of one year. For problems you were invited to call the reception, only that the telephone in the room was not collected with any cable. And the room were realy dirty. Not to suggest.
